      • One in-person meeting two weeks prior to event

      • Ceremony processional timeline creation

      • Four consecutive hours of onsite ceremony coordination (times are approximate in value) to manage:

        • 1 hour prior to ceremony

        • 1/2 hour for ceremony

        • 1 hour for photos

        • 1 1/2 hours for grand entrance and into reception

      • Review Ceremony timeline

      • Orchestration of wedding processional

    • Availability & Pricing:

      • Weekday + Friday - $6,500

      • Saturday - $7,500

      • Sunday - $7,000

      • Holiday - $8,500

    • Requirements: $2,000 non-refundable deposit and purchase of liability insurance

    • Catering: Host may select vendor for Operations Staff to approve

    • Bar Services: Vendor designated by Operations Staff
